Project Needs

  • Volunteer Structure - we need to make it easy for people to joint the s4 team - this requires structure & well-defined roles
  • A Real Roadmap (a la Firefox)
  • Mac OS X Releases need to be a priority - we are real weak here, we could be making a dual-version DVD that works on both platforms
  • Specificity/Organization/Definition for the s4 Project Roles & Tasks
  • Meeting Schedules & Agendas - no more of this mishmash crap where the meetings are chaotic
  • Lars - create an IRC #s4 channel on freenode
  • create a web demo of the CD interface (minus installs)
  • Clint - implement wiki security
  • You - add to this list
